As Design Operations Manager at Lightspeed, my main focus area was standardising product design tooling, digital asset management, UX research libraries and structures to react to an ever-expanding product design team and global business model.
The product design team aims to improve the overall customer/user experience and onboarding, as well as standardisation, documentation and uptake of Lightspeed’s design system, across the full range of Lightspeed eCom and POS products in Retail, Hospitality, Golf and Leisure fields.
