As Global Project Manager in the Booking.com Employer Brand team, I managed a range of multimedia projects and events to support global recruitment campaigns.
In 2018 and 2019, I led a team of employee volunteers at Web Summit in Lisbon, where we hosted a 100m2 Women in Tech Lounge for women to network and host meetings/interviews throughout Web Summit. I managed budgets and partnerships with external events vendors to ensure the smooth running of the space, managing an events specialist and partnering with team creatives on artwork development.
We also partnered with TNW at their annual conference in Amsterdam, where I managed budgets, vendor partnerships and team schedules to set up dedicated round table events with Booking.com employees, as well as a recruitment space to engage with future talent.
